Plastic Engineering Group maintains a high level of professionalism, trust and confidentiality with all of our candidates. We respect the fact that we are dealing with careers and livelihoods and, as a result, consultants at Plastic Engineering Group never release the credentials of individuals to clients without their prior permission and knowledge.

When a candidate meets with any of our consultants, the individual's career objectives, motivations and cultural preferences are discussed and assessed.

Prior to meeting with any clients, consultants will also brief each candidate on the interview process including the professional backgrounds of client interviewers and the specifications of the role.

Following each meeting, feedback from both the candidate and client is taken in order to immediately identify any concerns that arise in the process. This is necessary in order to ensure that all the issues for both parties are completely addressed.
