Our role, in working with organizations in the plastic industry, is to help strengthen their technical and management capacity to meet strategic objectives.

1. We accept, on an exclusive basis, only those search assignments which we can perform effectively, establishing at the onset the feasibility of specifications. We assume the obligation to identify candidates deemed suitable by the client. The final choice rests with the client.
2. We work for and are compensated by client organizations only; never for or by job-seeking individuals.
3. We work primarily on a retainer basis, being paid as assignments progress.
4. The client organization may terminate our work at any time, and we may do the same.

Our success is based on our belief in honesty, candor, confidentiality and a carefully honed understanding of people, along with the effective identification of, and the solution to, a client's needs. This is demonstrated not by rhetoric but also by the tenure of our long term client relationships.
